Our goal is to transform people and organizations, change hearts and minds, enlarge visions, clarify purposes, make BEHAVIORS congruent with belief systems that will bring changes that are permanent, self-perpetuating, and momentum building. We do this by TRAINING and NETWORKING.

Moses Management & Consultancy Firm, LLC has been in creation for several years. Teaching, strategizing, marketing, and enhancing other businesses and companies to become effective and efficient are our primary goal. This is accomplished with several tools such as Personality Testing, interviewing and a S.W.O.T Analysis. A Personality Evaluation test is an assessment tool that offers insight into workplace behaviors. It is a unique, accurate and reliable tool that explains the roles of existing and prospective employees. A SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses,
Opportunities, and Threats involved in a business venture, organization, or an individual requiring a decision in pursuit of a D​E​SIRED RESULT. These two tests will involve monitoring internally and externally of the individual and the organization.

Dr. Lee Angelia Moses
I am Dr. Lee Angelia Moses, a black African American female entrepreneur who resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Moses is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, and has always had a special love for children. Dr. Moses begins her humble and loving beginning at Benedict Head School in Columbia, SC, where she worked as a teacher’s assistant for many years. She worked with a variety of different children who exhibited developmental delays and/or medical diagnoses. It was her pleasure to give love and compassion to those little souls that were so dependent upon her for that special love and support.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College in Columbia, SC, Dr. Moses went on to learn more about the business side of childcare, thus obtaining a Master's of Art degree in Business from Webster University in Columbia, SC. After much work in the childcare arena, Dr. Moses was told by a professor while obtaining her Master's that she had all of the assets to write a dissertation. Dr. Moses made a quality decision to move to Atlanta, GA, in 2004 to pursue her dreams and goals. While basking in the wonderful city of Atlanta, Ga. It was then that she made it her primary goal, which was to pursue her PhD in Organization Management with a specialization in Leadership. It took her 8 years to obtain that degree from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Dr. Moses went on to do great things in her field and has made contact with so many individuals who have made it their business to live their dreams. Dr. Moses possesses her own management and consulting firm, where her primary goal in the 21st century is to transform people and organizations, enlarge visions, clarify purposes, and make behaviors congruent with belief systems that will bring about permanent and self-perpetuating changes. As a Business Structure Expert, DME Supplier, Early Interventionist, and Leadership Consultant, Dr. Moses offers a wide range of specialized services. She provides early intervention for children aged 0 to 3 with developmental delays or disabilities, utilizing a mobile unit where therapy sessions are held. As a DME supplier, she offers products for mothers, adults, and children, including medical supplies and equipment that enhance quality of life and support daily healthcare needs. Additionally, Dr. Moses accepts business consultations in Georgia, assisting business owners, parents, and individuals in achieving success in all areas of life.
