Founded by Dr. Lee Angelia Moses—a visionary leader, compassionate servant, and community connector—our organization exists to ensure that individuals and families are never left behind in times of need. Inspired by the wisdom of Joseph in the Bible, who prepared provision for a nation in times of plenty, Dr. Moses carries a modern-day mantle of stewardship—bridging the gap between those in need and the support systems designed to help them thrive. Dr. Lee Angelia Moses
Dr. Lee Angelia Moses is a Black African American entrepreneur based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a lifelong passion for children and families. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Dr. Moses began her career at Benedict Head School, where she worked as a teacher’s assistant for many years. There, she cared for children with developmental delays and medical diagnoses, offering love, compassion, and the support they depended on.
She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development from Benedict College in Columbia, SC. Eager to expand her expertise in the business side of childcare, she pursued a Master of Arts in Business from Webster University. It was during this time that one of her professors recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue doctoral studies.
In 2004, Dr. Moses relocated to Atlanta, GA, where she set her sights on a new goal: earning a PhD. After eight years of hard work and dedication, she obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Organization Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.
Today, Dr. Lee Angelia Moses is a visionary leader, community builder, and compassionate servant, and the founder of her own Management & Consulting Firm with a God-given purpose: to connect individuals and families with the resources they need to thrive. Inspired by the wisdom of Joseph, who stored up provision for Egypt in times of plenty, Dr. Moses has dedicated her life to serving as a modern-day steward of resources—ensuring that no one is left behind in times of need.
As The Connector, she provides access to essential services such as housing, food, clothing, and referrals for families navigating hardship. Her unique gift lies in recognizing not only what people need, but also who or what can meet that need best, bridging gaps between people and resources with compassion and clarity.
